Meaning of female genital mutilation for pt 4

    In this part:

"female genital mutilation" means—

        (a)     clitoridectomy or the excision of any other part of the female genital organs; or

        (b)     infibulation or similar procedure; or

        (c)     any other mutilation of the female genital organs.
