Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person who recklessly inflicts grievous bodily harm on another person is guilty of an offence punishable, on conviction, by imprisonment for 10 years.
(2) However, for an aggravated offence against this section, the maximum penalty is imprisonment for 13 years.
