Obstructing railway enginesA person who, by any unlawful act, omission or neglect, obstructs, or causes to be obstructed, the passage or working of a light rail vehicle, railway engine or carriage on any railway commits an offence.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 3 years or both.
