CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 114C
Possession etc of property suspected of being proceeds of crime(1) A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person deals with money or other property; and
(b) the money or other property is proceeds of crime.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
(2) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
