BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (SECURITY OF PAYMENT) ACT 2009 - SECT 37B

A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     is an authorised nominating authority; and

        (b)     contravenes a code of practice applicable to the authorised nominating authority.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
