BUILDING ACT 2004 - SECT 72
Certificate for building work involving erection of structure(1) This section applies if building work involving the erection of a structure on or attached to land or a building has been completed in accordance with the prescribed requirements for the building work.
(2) The construction occupations registrar must, on application made by the owner of the parcel of land where the building work was carried out, issue a certificate to the effect that the building work was carried out in accordance with the prescribed requirements for the work.
