BAIL ACT 1992 - SECT 40

Limitation on power of authorised officer to review

An authorised officer may not, under this division—

        (a)     review a decision in circumstances if, had the decision not been made, the authorised officer would be prohibited from making a decision in relation to the grant of bail; or

        (b)     review a decision that has been reviewed by a court.
