Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An authorisation ceases to have effect if, and while, the relevant licence is suspended, cancelled or surrendered under this Act or otherwise ceases to have effect.
(2) In this section:
"relevant licence", in relation to an authorisation, means the licence in relation to the licensed premises mentioned in the authorisation.
