ANIMAL WELFARE ACT 1992 - SECT 29

A licence must—

        (a)     be in writing; and

        (b)     state the full name and address of the person to whom the licence is granted; and

        (c)     state the licensed premises; and

        (d)     state the period for which the licence is granted; and

        (e)     state any condition put on the licence by the authority.
