ANIMAL WELFARE ACT 1992 - SECT 24S

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     is a licensed pet business; and

        (b)     fails to comply with a condition of the person's pet business licence.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
