ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 1991 - SECT 87
Transfer of land to companyIf, under section 86 (c), any land or interest in land (being land in the ACT)
vested in a former association is taken to be vested in a company, the
registrar-general must, on production of the certificate of incorporation of
the company, enter the company as the registered proprietor of the land or
interest in land on the land titles register.
