ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 1991 - SECT 84

Each person who was a member of an incorporated association immediately before its registration under the Corporations Act

as a company limited by guarantee is, for the purposes of the association's application for that registration, taken to be a subscriber to the constitution of the proposed company.
