ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 1991 - SECT 77
Reviewer's and auditor's liabilityA reviewer or auditor of an incorporated association is not, in the absence of malice by the reviewer or auditor, liable to any action for defamation in relation to any statement that the reviewer or auditor makes, orally or in writing, in the exercise of functions as reviewer or auditor of the association.
