Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsThe registrar-general may, by notice served on a person who, from returns or other information lodged with the registrar-general, appears to be a member of the committee or the public officer of an incorporated association, require the person, within the time stated in the notice, to lodge with the registrar-general a notice—
(a) indicating the person's current residential address; and
(b) stating whether or not the person holds the office stated in the registrar-general's notice to the person and, if not, to indicate the date when the person ceased to hold the office.
Note A person may ask the registrar-general to keep their address confidential (s 13A (2)). However, a public officer must have at least 1 address publicly available (s 13A (4)).
