ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 1991 - SECT 106
Proceedings for offences(1) Proceedings for an offence against this Act may be instituted by the registrar-general, within the period of 5 years after the offence was committed, or within any further period the Minister allows.
(2) An offence against this Act is punishable on summary conviction.
