Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If a person contravenes a direction given by the chief veterinary officer or authorised person under this Act, the chief veterinary officer or authorised person may arrange for action to be taken to give effect to the direction.
(2) The reasonable costs incurred by the chief veterinary officer or authorised person under subsection (1), are a debt payable to the Territory by the person to whom the direction was given.
