ADMINISTRATION AND PROBATE ACT 1929 - SECT 10C

If a deceased person has named, as an executor of his or her will—

        (a)     the public trustee for the Australian Capital Territory; or

        (b)     the public trustee of a State; or

        (c)     the public trustee for the Northern Territory;

the Supreme Court may grant probate of the will to that public trustee.
