AGENTS ACT 2003 - SECT 77

    (1)     An agent commits an offence if the agent acts as agent for the buyer and seller of the same land at the same time.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against subsection (1) is a strict liability offence.
