Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An application for registration may be made to the commissioner for fair trading only—
(a) by a person who has published a notice under section 52 in relation to the application; and
(b) within 10 business days after the day the notice is published.
Note 1 If a form is approved under s 177 for an application, the form must be used.
Note 2 A fee may be determined under section 176 for this section.
(2) An application must be accompanied by a police certificate for the applicant, dated not earlier than 2 months before the day the application is made.
