Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person is not entitled to bring a proceeding to recover salary, or a commission, fee or reward, for a service provided by the person if, in providing the service, the person contravened section 45 (Real estate salespeople must be registered), section 46 (Stock and station salespeople must be registered) or section 47 (Business salespeople must be registered).
(2) Subsection (1) applies whether or not anyone has been convicted of an offence against section 45, section 46 or section 47.
