AGENTS ACT 2003 - SECT 46

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     is not a registered stock and station salesperson; and

        (b)     pretends to be employed by a licensed stock and station agent to provide a stock and station agent service.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
