AGENTS ACT 2003 - SECT 28

Advertising intended licence applications

    (1)     A person who intends to apply for a licence must publish a notice of the person's intention to apply for the licence in a daily newspaper.

    (2)     The notice must state the kind of licence that is intended to be applied for and include any other information prescribed by regulation.
