Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The auditor-general may, on behalf of the Territory, engage a person under a contract to assist in the exercise of any function of the auditor-general.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who—
(a) is the independent auditor; or
(b) has been the independent auditor within the 12 months before the engagement.
