Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The auditor-general must not include information in a report for the Legislative Assembly if the information would disclose a deliberation or decision of the Executive and a certificate under subsection (2) is in force in relation to the information.
(2) The Chief Minister may give a certificate to the auditor-general that the inclusion of particular information in a report for the Legislative Assembly would disclose a deliberation or decision of the Executive and would be contrary to the public interest.
