ADOPTION ACT 1993 - SECT 90
Receiving or harbouring child or young personA person must not receive or harbour a child or young person on behalf of a person who, to his or her knowledge, has contravened section 89.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
