Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2) and to section 52, an interim order remains in force for the period, not exceeding 1 year, that the court states in the order and for any further periods that the court orders.
(2) An interim order must not be in force for periods exceeding, in total, 2 years.
