Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsA consent to the adoption of a child given by a person in accordance with the law of a State or another Territory that would be an effective consent under that law if the application had been an application for a corresponding order under that law is, if the consent of that person is required, an effective consent for this Act.
