About the University of Western Sydney Law Review
The University of Western Sydney Law Review (previously Macarthur Law Review) is a publication of the University Of Western Sydney School of Law. It is a peer reviewed academic journal that is produced once a year. The inaugural issue was published in January 1997. The first special theme edition was published in 1999 - Digital Frontiers: Law and the Internet.
The University of Western Sydney Law Review is continuing the work undertaken by the Macarthur Law Review since 1997 in establishing a leading reputation for legal scholarship.
