UTS Law Review Online Issues

Using the Online Issues

There may be minor differences between the printed and electronic versions of the Review. The printed edition is the only authorised edition of the Review and must be used for citation. Articles should be cited as per the following example: Brad Johnson, 'Prophecy with Numbers: Prospective Punishment for Predictable Human Behaviour?' (2006) 7 UTS Law Review 117. About the UTS Law Review

The UTS Law Review, founded in 1999, is a peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary journal that is registered by the Department of Education, Science and Training as a refereed journal.

The UTS Law Review is published by the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney, in conjunction with Halstead Press.

The UTS Law Review is administered by an Editorial Board comprising students selected on merit and by competitive application, advised by a Faculty Advisory Committee chaired by the Editor,
Associate Professor Patrick Keyzer.
