Macquarie Business Law Journal |
There may be minor differences between the printed and electronic versions of the Review. Each document has two forms of citation. One refers to the print citation and the other refers to the medium neutral citation. For example, in the reference " On the Possibility of Impartiality in Decision-Making - [2004] MqBLJ 2; (2004) 4 Macquarie Business Law Journal 7", the medium neutral citation is "[2004] MqBLJ 2" and the print citation is "(2004) 4 Macquarie Business Law Journal 7". Please refer to AustLII's explanation of medium neutral citations for more information. You may consider using both for ease of cross referencing.
The inaugural issue of the Macquarie Business Law Journal will be published in August 2004. The annual MqBLJ will publish articles in the areas of business law and international trade law.
The journal will be an invaluable source of information on Australian business law, international trade law, and foreign and comparative commercial law. The MqBLJ will also welcome submissions on areas of commercial law in other countries.
The first edition will contain a diverse range of articles including: the federalisation of corporate regulation, EC regulation, domain names, foreign investment in China, the right to practice law in the European Union, the dilemma of good faith in international commercial law and an environmental quality regulation agency.
The subscription will be $30.Volume 2 is due for publication November 2005.
