Articles should be cited as follows: Justice K Cullinane, 'Mabo - A Retrospect Ten Years On' (2002/3) 9 James Cook University Law Review 9. The medium neutral citation, [2002] JCULRev 3, should not be used. Please refer to AustLII's explanation of medium neutral citations for more information.
The Editorial Committee is interested in receiving and publishing articles
written by students. Student assignment or thesis material may require extensive
work in order to reach a suitable standard for publication. Undergraduate students
are therefore strongly advised to consult with a member of academic staff to
ensure their submission is likely to be of a standard to meet the publication
requirements of the journal.
