Deakin Law Review |
There may be minor differences between the printed and electronic versions of the Review. Each document has two forms of citation. One refers to the print citation and the other refers to the medium neutral citation. For example, in the reference "The Social Capital Argument for Federalism - [2001] DeakinLRev 1; (2001) 6 Deakin Law Review 200", the medium neutral citation is "[2001] DeakinLRev 1" and the print citation is "(2001) 6 Deakin Law Review 200". Please refer to AustLII's explanation of medium neutral citations for more information. You may consider using both for ease of cross referencing.
The Deakin Law Review publishes three issues annually.
The Deakin Law Review is a refereed academic journal which contains articles, case notes and book reviews on a broad range of topics. For further information about the Deakin Law Review, or subscriptions, please contact the editors of the Review or visit the Review's website.
