Many articles and reports address the information technology needs of [PP4]
investigative and prosecutorial agencies, including Mills (1991),
Hubbard (1992), the Investigators' Working Party (1992), and Livermore (1992).
There is little available specifically on the use of information technology by
the defence, partly because such information is likely to be subsumed in
general articles on litigation support, and partly because of the nature of
criminal trials.
