Whereas by Order dated 4th January 2006 I ordered that the Contribution Schedule Lot Entitlements for the Body Corporate for New Farm Village Community Titles Scheme 16207 be adjusted to the recommended schedule as set out in Table 5 of Part B to the report of Leary and Partners Pty Ltd dated 14th November 2005, a copy of which was attached to that order AND whereas the recommended contribution schedule as attached contained a typographical error. I order that the copy of the recommended contribution schedule attached to my Order of 4th January 2006 be removed and be substituted with the amended recommended contribution schedule, a true copy of which is attached to this Supplementary Order.
