REASONS FOR DECISION

1. These proceedings were listed for hearing on 10 October 2011.

2. The Tribunal was advised shortly before the hearing date that the proceedings had been settled, and that consent orders would be supplied to the Tribunal.

3. On the hearing date, the proceedings were dealt with by telephone. Counsel appeared for the Applicant and also appeared by consent for the Respondents, and the terms of the agreement between the parties were read onto the record.

4. In accordance with the agreement reached between the parties, orders are now made as set out below.

ORDERS

1 By consent, the Respondents are to pay the sum of $206,247.82 as compensation to the Applicant.

2 By consent, the Respondents are to pay the sum of $15,244.03 to the Applicant, being interest upon the sum set out in Order 1.

3 By consent, no order as to costs.
