intimated that the Court desired to hear argument on the interpretation of sec. 73 of the Constitution, and especially on the question whether the term "the Supreme Court of any State" includes the case of a single Judge exercising the jurisdiction of the Court or is limited to the Supreme Court as a Court of final appeal.
