The Tribunal directs the Registrar, pursuant to subsection 43AA(1) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 (Cth), to alter the text of the decision in this application:


  1. at paragraph 40 in the reasons, to delete the word “points” and insert the word “units”;
  2. at footnote 10 in the reasons, to delete the words Legislation Act 2001 (ACT) s 133(2)(a)” and insert the words “Crimes Act 1914 (Cth) s 4AA(1)”; and
  3. at footnote 10 in the reasons, to delete the word “point: and insert the word “unit”.
